How to Get to San Remigio, Cebu
If you are coming from Manila or other provinces, there is a daily direct flight coming to and from Cebu via the Mactan Cebu Airport. The three major airlines in the Philippines offers direct flights. Mactan airport is also an international hub aside from Manila.
Arrived in Mactan Cebu Airport, ride on taxi straight to Cebu North Bus Terminal which will cost around Php100.00 – Php150.00. Otherwise, you can also ride on a bus from Mactan Airport to SM City Cebu via MyBus which will cost you Php25.00 only. If you choose the MyBus, you will need to take a jeepney going to North Bus terminal. Just look for a jeepney with 01K sign. It only cost you Php7.00.
There are a lot of bus operators/company that can take you to San Remigio. The most known is the Ceres Bus Liner or the Sugbo Transit. (I guess it is a new subsidiary of Ceres Liner). Ceres Liner offers non-aircon and aircon buses. To go to San Remigio, look for the bus with a sign Hagnaya/Bantayan. Hagnaya port is last destination for all the buses going to Hagnaya.
Hagnaya is a barangay in San Remigio and it is also the port where you can take if you are going to Bantayan Island.
